2meter (144MHz) amateur radio transceiver

• VCO - Phase Locked Loop (PLL) Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). It uses a Wilkinson splitter to provide 2 identical power outputs, one for the transmitter board and the other for the receiver board.
• VCO - Phase Locked Loop (PLL) Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). It uses a negative voltage generator and a mosfet for the output driver.
• LNA - Low Noise Amplifier with a BF998.
• Power Amplifier - 3 stage bipolar RF power amplifier.
• Controller - microcontroller, user and computer interfacing.
